True to its commitment to Moroccans Living Abroad, Chaabi Lil Iskane is expanding its international presence with a dynamic event strategy for the first half of 2025. As part of its "Morocco Real Estate Roadshow," the developer made significant strides in April with a high-impact North American tour, including stops in New York, Boston, and Montreal. This series of events generated significant enthusiasm, both in terms of attendance and the quality of interactions with the diaspora. In New York, the event was highlighted by a visit from the Moroccan Consul General and his team, emphasizing the importance of fostering strong connections between Moroccans around the world and the national real estate offerings. Chaabi Lil Iskane showcased a wide range of real estate projects—from social housing to high-end properties, as well as commercial real estate—while offering personalized support from its teams. Two major Moroccan banks were also present, providing attractive financing options. Additional European stops are planned for the end of June, continuing this momentum to engage and promote Moroccan real estate to Moroccans living abroad.
