DR ‹ › The Egyptian Embassy in Rabat has unveiled new measures to ease travel for Moroccan citizens who frequently visit Egypt. These measures include the issuance of a multiple-entry visa valid for five years, allowing holders to stay in Egypt for up to 90 days per visit. Speaking to Egyptian media outlets, Ambassador Ahmed Nihad Abdel Latif emphasized that this initiative builds on previous measures announced by the embassy last October. These earlier measures included granting visas on arrival and waiving the pre-visa requirement for Moroccans holding valid and used entry visas from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Schengen countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan. The ambassador highlighted that this initiative reflects the strong ties between the two nations and underscores the Egyptian government's commitment, through its embassy in Rabat, to streamline travel procedures for Moroccan visitors wishing to explore Egypt.
