The 14th edition of Casablanca Heritage Days, organized by Casamémoire from May 12 to 18, wrapped up with a vibrant closing event at the Casablancaise Theater. Over the week, more than 25,000 people attended 60 free activities—from guided tours and exhibitions to workshops and cultural performances, celebrating the city's rich architectural and cultural heritage, reads a press release. Highlights included school visits that engaged 5,000 students, 12 guided tour routes showcasing Casablanca's Art Deco gems, and a creative souk featuring local artisans and a book fair with 30 Moroccan publishers. The event also drew over one million views on social media and relied on the dedication of 400 volunteer guides. Casamémoire, founded in 1995 to protect Casablanca's 20th-century heritage, thanked all partners and participants for making this edition a memorable success, reaffirming the city's pride and commitment to preserving its unique identity.
