Netherlands-born footballer Anass Salah-Eddine has officially completed his initiation ritual with the Moroccan national team after receiving his first call-up. The PSV defender recently switched his football allegiance from the Netherlands to Morocco, his parents' country. As tradition requires, the newcomer had to perform a song in front of the entire squad and coaching staff. أنس صلاح الدين يؤدي أغنيته الترحيبية وسط أجواء مليئة بالمرح بين أفراد عائلة المنتخب الوطني ?? The moment quickly turned into a comedy scene: the debutant struggled to keep a straight face, while teammates Ismael Saibari, Noussair Mazraoui, and Sofyan Amrabat burst into laughter as soon as he began his performance. Footage shared by the national team captured the light-hearted atmosphere during the ritual. Salah-Eddine has joined the Atlas Lions for two friendly matches: Mozambique this Friday in Tangier and Uganda on November 18 at the Grand Stadium of Tangier. In October, he officially received FIFA approval to represent the Moroccan national team. Trained by AZ and Ajax, Salah-Eddine made his breakthrough at FC Twente before joining AS Roma, which loaned him to PSV this season.
