For its first project in the MENA region, Akdital is combining multidisciplinary care with advanced oncology services in a new hospital facility in Dubai. With an investment of $70 million, the Moroccan private healthcare group announced on Monday the construction of the center, marking its expansion into the Gulf. Operations are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. According to a company statement, the facility «will offer a comprehensive range of care, covering numerous medical, surgical, and oncological specialties». The center will have a capacity of 200 beds and will incorporate «the latest medical and technological innovations, in line with international standards, to meet the growing demand for specialized care in the region», the same source added. In Morocco, the publicly traded group's network includes more than 4,100 beds across 36 facilities in 21 cities. Akdital also employs over 7,500 healthcare professionals.
