Emirates has launched a new recruitment campaign in Morocco as part of its plan to hire 5,000 new cabin crew members by 2025. The airline is looking to tap into Moroccan talent to strengthen its teams. Several open days are scheduled in July across five Moroccan cities: Tangier (1st and 27th), Fez (10th), Rabat (12th), Casablanca (14th and 25th), and Marrakech (23rd). Headquartered in Dubai, Emirates is the world's largest international airline. It offers global career opportunities, a multicultural work environment, and world-class training at its dedicated facility in Dubai. Cabin crew members benefit from company-provided housing, transportation to and from work, health insurance, and discounts on local leisure activities. The airline is looking for motivated, detail-oriented candidates with a strong sense of service and safety. Selected applicants will join a diverse team representing over 148 nationalities and serving more than 140 cities across six continents. Emirates emphasizes the high standards of its cabin crew in hospitality, emergency response, and first aid. The company offers an attractive salary package, flight bonuses, annual leave with family travel benefits, and access to a global network of destinations. «On board, the cabin crew is not only known for their service, but they are also the guardians of safety», the airline stated. Applicants should bring an up-to-date CV in English along with a recent photo. Online pre-registration is recommended but not required. Interviews will be held throughout the day. With a fleet of 264 long-haul aircraft and over 300 planes on order, Emirates operates a daily A380 flight between Casablanca and Dubai. The airline continues to value expertise and diversity and views Morocco as a key partner in its human capital strategy.
