The Moroccan under-20 football team has qualified for the final of the U20 World Cup, currently taking place in Chile. The Atlas Cubs triumphed over the French team in a penalty shootout (5-4 on penalties, 1-1 after extra time) during the first semi-final, held on Wednesday at the Elias Figueroa Brander Stadium in Valparaíso. The national team, led by Mohamed Ouahbi, achieved a historic and unprecedented feat, marking their first semi-final qualification since 2005.
