Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is set to inaugurate a new direct flight route between Casablanca and Saint Petersburg, Russia, commencing in January 2026. This new connection, which will enable travel between the two cities in under six hours, is aimed at meeting the increasing demand for travel between Morocco and Russia for business, academic, and tourism purposes, according to a statement from RAM. Starting January 20, 2026, RAM will operate three weekly flights between Casablanca and Saint Petersburg. Departures from Casablanca are scheduled for Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 11:10 PM (local time), with arrivals in Saint Petersburg at 6:55 AM the next day (local time). Return flights will depart from Saint Petersburg on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 8:05 AM, landing in Casablanca at 11:45 AM (local time). This new route will complement the airline's existing service to Russia, which already includes a daily flight between Casablanca and Moscow, highlighting the increasing dynamism of economic, cultural, and tourism exchanges between the two nations. Tickets will be available for purchase starting Thursday, October 23, via the national airline's website, call centers, sales offices, and through the network of travel agencies.
