DR ‹ › On Monday in Rabat, Abdellatif Hammouchi, the Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, hosted Gregory Coleman, the Inspector General of the Liberian Police. Coleman is leading a prominent security delegation on a working visit, accompanied by the Liberian ambassador to Morocco. In a statement, the DGSN-DGST emphasized Liberia's interest in learning from Morocco's extensive experience in various security domains. This includes the expertise of the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations in combating extremism and terrorism, as well as the National Brigade of Judicial Police's efforts in tackling all forms of organized crime. Gregory Coleman also expressed a strong interest in Morocco's approach to developing scientific and technical police laboratories. To bolster bilateral cooperation, both parties agreed to draft a memorandum of understanding. This memorandum aims to guide and structure the partnership in areas of mutual interest. The signing of this agreement is set for May 2026 in Rabat, aligning with the 70th anniversary celebrations of the DGSN's founding.
