It is important to recall that the sovereign had asked the Inspectorate-General in charge of territorial administration, under the supervision of the Interior Ministry, at the end of the councils of ministers held on the 25th of June, the General Finance Inspectorate controlled by the Ministry of Finance to conduct this report.
