Buildings & Logistics Services (BLS), a subsidiary of the H&S Invest Holding Group chaired by Moncef Belkhayat, has entered into a strategic partnership with Varun Beverages Morocco, the exclusive franchisee and producer of PepsiCo brands such as Pepsi and Lay's. This contract, worth 120 million dirhams and spanning a fixed term of 9 years, concerns the provision of a 31,000 m2 logistics platform currently under construction in Lakhyayta, south of Casablanca. It represents the largest warehousing agreement ever signed in Morocco's fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. At the signing ceremony, Salahaddine Mouaddib, CEO of Varun Beverages Morocco, emphasized that this collaboration will enable the company to focus on developing its brands while entrusting its logistics operations to a leading national player. For his part, Moncef Belkhayat, CEO of BLS, highlighted that this contract sets a national record in FMCG and aligns with BLS's expansion strategy, which foresees an investment of 2 billion dirhams over the next two years to support the growth of its clients, including Varun Beverages Morocco.
