English football club Hull City has signed Moroccan midfielder Reda Laalaoui from Rabat-based side Fath Union Sports. The 20-year-old Morocco Under-20 international has joined on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee, according to the BBC. The Tigers also hold an option to extend his contract for a fifth year. On its social media, Hull City announced Laalaoui's signing this Thursday with the message, «First one of the summer», signaling that the Moroccan is the Championship side's first signing of the transfer window. Born in 2005 in Rabat, Laalaoui made his professional debut in 2023 with Fath. He has also been called up to Morocco's under-20 team, participating in several UNAF tournaments as well as the 2025 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations, where he scored important goals.
