English club Sunderland has officially announced the signing of Moroccan forward Chemsdine Talbi from Belgian side Club Brugge on a five-year contract, in a deal worth €23 million. The 20-year-old scored five goals and registered three assists during the 2024–2025 Belgian league season. Speaking to the club's official YouTube channel, Talbi shared the reasons behind his move, highlighting his ambition to shine in the English Premier League. «I'm really excited to be here and grateful for the opportunity to play for this club», he said. «I made this decision because the project is fantastic.
