A Moroccan delegation is currently in Jeddah until Thursday, aiming to forge stronger economic ties and investment opportunities, while reinforcing the longstanding fraternal and historical bonds between Morocco and Saudi Arabia. This mission, under the theme of bilateral cooperation and strategic partnership, is spearheaded by the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE), in collaboration with the Moroccan Exporters' Confederation (ASMEX) and with support from the Moroccan consulate in Jeddah. The delegation's primary objective is to enhance economic and commercial links between the two nations. By establishing direct connections between Moroccan exporters and Saudi importers, investors, and partners, the mission seeks to facilitate trade, attract investments, and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships. Launched on Tuesday, the mission includes 15 Moroccan companies from diverse sectors such as agri-food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and digital industries. In Jeddah, B2B meetings have been organized, bringing together investors and entrepreneurs from both countries, with the presence of the Consul General of Morocco in Jeddah, Abdelilah Oudadas. The program also featured the screening of the film «Morocco Now» highlighting Morocco's economic vitality, along with sector-specific presentations on business opportunities. Additionally, meetings were held between Moroccan and Saudi stakeholders in key sectors like agri-food, industry, services, innovation, and the green economy.
