It underscores «the need for a mutually agreed solution» and discusses «authentic autonomy, not just autonomy, but true autonomy». «We now expect Morocco to present a developed and updated autonomy plan», stated the UN envoy, adding that other parties are also invited to «submit proposals and suggestions to enable the UN to develop a program for direct or, if necessary, indirect discussions».
