He recalled that the previous AFCON, held in Ivory Coast, generated around $11 million in ticket revenue, adding that this figure has already been surpassed. «I can't give you the exact number yet because sales are still ongoing», he said. The Africa Cup of Nations is scheduled to kick off on December 21 in Rabat, with an opening match between Morocco and Comoros.
