Discussions focused on «economic cooperation, trade expansion, innovation, and investment opportunities», with Morocco presented as a «competitive gateway for U.S. businesses», building on a «unique 250-year-old alliance» that continues to drive progress and development on both sides of the Atlantic. The meeting, he said, reaffirmed the «strategic depth» of the Morocco–U.S. partnership under the leadership of King Mohammed VI and President Donald Trump.
