Eleven students from Douar El Arab School in the Ait Amira community (Chtouka Ait Baha Province) were taken to the emergency department after experiencing severe abdominal pain. The incident occurred after they consumed a suspicious liquid purchased from a nearby grocery store, according to media reports. Parents stated that the product is new to the market and has quickly gained popularity among children due to its sweet taste and low price—just one dirham per bottle. While food poisoning was initially suspected, several students have since recovered and were discharged from the hospital after receiving the necessary treatment.
