The Moroccan team played to a goalless draw (0–0) against Nigeria on Sunday, during the second matchday of Group B at the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, held at the June 30 Stadium in Cairo. In the other Group B match, Tunisia defeated Kenya 3–1. After this round, Morocco and Nigeria each have four points, followed by Tunisia with three points and Kenya with none. Morocco will play its final group-stage match next Wednesday against Tunisia.
