King Mohammed VI presided over a Council of Ministers on Monday at the Royal Palace in Rabat, according to a statement from the spokesperson for the Royal Palace. In accordance with Article 49 of the Constitution, and on the proposal of the Head of Government, and at the initiative of the Minister of the Interior, the King graciously appointed several Walis and Governors to the central and territorial administration. On the proposal of the Head of Government, and at the initiative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, the King appointed several ambassadors to various friendly and partner countries. They are: 1- Mr. Youssef Imani: Ambassador to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. 2- Mr. Mohamed Salah Babana Alaoui: Ambassador to the Republic of Guinea-Bissau. 3- Mr. Sidi Mohamed Biadillah: Ambassador to the Republic of Mozambique. 4- Mr. Khalid Afkir: Ambassador to the Republic of Zambia. 5- Mrs. Nezha Alaoui M'Hamdi: Ambassador to the Republic of Rwanda. 6- Mr. El Hassan Lasri: Ambassador to the Republic of Iraq. 7- Mr. Redouane Adghoghi: Ambassador to the Republic of Poland. 8- Mrs. Nadia El Hnot: Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines. 9- Mrs. Meryem Naji: Ambassador to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 10- Mr. Amine Chabi: Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. On the proposal of the Head of Government, and at the initiative of the Minister of Economy and Finance, the King appointed: - Mrs. Nezha Hayat as Director General of the Mohammed VI Fund for Investment. - Mr. Said Jabrani as Director General of the National Company for Enterprise Guarantee and Financing. On the proposal of the Head of Government, and at the initiative of the Minister of Health and Social Protection, the Sovereign appointed Mr. Mohamed Aggouri as Director General of the Territorial Health Group of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region. This appointment is part of the implementation of Territorial Health Groups, with Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima chosen as a pilot region, with the aim of generalizing these groups to other regions of the Kingdom. On the proposal of the Head of Government, and at the initiative of the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, the King appointed Mr. Amine El Mezouaghi as Director General of the Digital Development Agency.
