FIFA President Gianni Infantino paid a sightseeing visit to the city of Chefchaouen on Tuesday, July 29. His tour included a stop at the «Triana» café and restaurant in the heart of the ancient medina, where he enjoyed breakfast in a serene, traditional setting. He then continued to Akchour Park, one of the region's most renowned natural attractions, where he took a scenic tour of its waterfalls and lush landscapes. Infantino's visit follows his participation last week in the inauguration of FIFA's new regional office in North Africa, located at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Salé. The ceremony was attended by CAF President Patrice Motsepe and FRMF President Fouzi Lekjaa. The FIFA President also attended the final of the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations, where the Moroccan national team faced Nigeria at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
