On Wednesday morning, five individuals were referred to the King's prosecutor at the Primary Court of Marrakech on suspicion of engaging in group homosexual acts and preparing a residence for that purpose. They were presented by the Royal Gendarmerie in Tamensourt following a thorough investigation, according to a report by Assabah newspaper. According to the information available, the apartment—owned by an individual known as «Al-Hajj»—was allegedly used to host gatherings involving group homosexual activity. Acting on confidential information, the gendarmerie raided the property and apprehended four individuals in the act. Further investigation led to the arrest of a fifth suspect, reportedly a public employee. Authorities subsequently extended the detainees' custody period to allow for a broader inquiry and more in-depth investigation. As a result, the Public Prosecution instructed the Royal Gendarmerie to extract and analyze digital content seized during the raid in an effort to identify additional suspects who may be involved.
