Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson has claimed that she and other cast members contracted parasites while filming the now-shelved season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco. Speaking on the SiriusXM podcast Jeff Lewis Live, Gunvalson said her health issues, including bloating, fatigue, and constipation, began shortly after returning from the North African shoot. The season, filmed in 2023, was never released by Peacock following allegations of inappropriate behavior involving fellow cast member Brandi Glanville. «I'm 100% confident the Morocco trip caused it», Gunvalson claimed, adding that a practitioner discovered she was «loaded with parasites» during a colonic. She said she now undergoes colonics three times a week and takes ivermectin (an antiparasitic drug) monthly. Gunvalson also claimed that other cast members experienced similar symptoms, though no confirmations have been made by fellow participants or show producers. No official comments from Bravo or Peacock regarding the alleged health issues.
