A scandal has recently emerged involving allegations of harassment and blackmail by the principal of a secondary school in Agadir, targeting a high school senior. According to the student's account, reported by al3omk, the principal exploited her anxiety as the baccalaureate exams approached. He allegedly offered to facilitate cheating, claiming he had influence within the institution and control over exam monitoring committees. However, his offer came with a condition: a private meeting at his home. When the student refused, the promises turned into threats. During the philosophy exam, he publicly accused her of cheating, triggering a psychological breakdown. In response, the student filed a detailed complaint with the public prosecutor at the Agadir primary court. She stated that the principal had lured her outside the school under the guise of helping her prepare for the national exams, only to make inappropriate physical advances in exchange for facilitating cheating. She claimed that her refusal led to retaliation during the exams, creating immense psychological pressure and undermining her focus. The student also submitted a video as evidence, which allegedly shows the principal encouraging her to use a well-known cheating method called «VIP», in return for satisfying his personal demands. She has called for legal action to hold him accountable and to safeguard her right to study in a safe and respectful environment. al3omk further reported, citing its sources, that this may not be an isolated case. Several other female students have allegedly faced similar behavior from the same principal. Conversations attributed to him via the WhatsApp messaging app reportedly contain explicit and sexually inappropriate language directed at other students at the school.
