As part of the regular meetings between the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) and the United Nations Mission in the Southern Provinces of the Kingdom, General Mohammed Berrid, Inspector General of the FAR and Commander of the Southern Zone, met on Thursday in Agadir with Major General MD Fakhrul Ahsan, Force Commander of the UN mission in the region. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the mission's activities and enhance coordination between the two sides in the areas of operations, security, demining, and logistical support, according to a statement from the FAR General Staff.
