Five people were killed and 11 others injured on Sunday morning in a fatal traffic accident in the commune of Oulad Amrane, Sidi Bennour province, along National Road No. 7 linking El Jadida and Marrakech. According to Hespress, the accident involved a collision between three vehicles: two cars and a farm tractor. The crash left five members of the same family dead, while the injured were transported to the regional hospital in Sidi Bennour for treatment. Royal Gendarmerie units and local authorities quickly arrived at the scene, along with civil protection teams who evacuated the injured and transferred the victims' bodies to the morgue. A judicial investigation has been opened under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office to determine the causes and circumstances of the accident and establish legal responsibility.
