Hirak Rif leader Nasser Zefzafi arrived in Al Hoceima on Thursday to attend the funeral of his father, who passed away on Wednesday after a long battle with illness. Zefzafi, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence in Tangier, was granted an exceptional permit to be present at the ceremony. A video circulating on social media shows him receiving condolences from relatives and acquaintances who gathered around him.
