Morocco is participating in the FIA MENA Nations Cup for karting, held from October 22 to 25 at the Lusail Circuit in Doha, Qatar, with one clear goal: to reclaim the regional crown against the top nations from the Middle East and North Africa. A past winner in 2023 and runner-up in 2020 and 2024, Morocco fields a 15-driver team led by the experienced Nadir Kabbage. The Royal Moroccan Federation of Motor Sports (FRMSA), which has been scouting young talent for the past four years, is now seeing the results of its efforts. This year's lineup includes Issac El Haouti (9) and Ayden Ouaich (10) in the MICRO MAX category, while young Moroccan champion Nahyl El Gahoudi moves up to MINI MAX with the ambition of claiming first place. In JUNIOR MAX, Riyad Yousfi will defend Morocco's colors, with Yanis Martin, El Ghali Sabil, and Anis Tazi competing in SENIOR MAX, reveals FRMSA in a press release. In the DD2 and DD2 MASTER categories, Morocco will be represented by Rayane Laamarti, Ghali El Fechtali, and Nadir Kabbage. From the 4-stroke national championship, Tarik Almou, Ahmed Erquizi, Mahdi Kadiri, Saïd Bouchoua, and Nizar El Haddad were selected to compete in sprint and endurance events. With substantial human and technical resources deployed, the FRMSA aims to bring the MENA Nations Cup title back to Morocco. The final will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
