In a statement, the Presidency explained that this new platform will allow users to receive real-time updates on all procedures related to their complaints and grievances. SMS notifications will be sent directly to the phone numbers provided when files are submitted, ensuring immediate access to information. The aim of this solution is to allow citizens to monitor the progress of their cases with full transparency and within the shortest possible timeframe. This initiative is part of the strategic priorities of the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office, which highlights strengthened communication with users and easier access to information as essential components for improving judicial performance and service quality, the statement added.
