AS FAR's player Doha Madani was awarded the prize for Best Young Player of the Year during the CAF Awards ceremony held Wednesday evening in Rabat. At just 20 years old, the young Moroccan is seen as a true beacon of hope for female Moroccan and African football. Meanwhile, Tanzanian Clement Mzize, a member of TP Mazembe, won the trophy for the Best Goal of the Year 2025. Also in contention were goals scored by Moroccans Oussama Lamlioui, a forward for Renaissance Berkane, and the captain of the Atlas Lionesses, Ghizlane Chebbak.
