DR ‹ › Following the death of Hassan Ouriagli, President and CEO of Al Mada, who passed away in Paris earlier this January, the group's Board of Directors announced the appointment of Noufissa Kessar as President and CEO, with immediate effect, according to 2M. A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Kessar has built her professional career within the Al Mada group. She began in the group's banking arm, notably at Attijariwafa Bank, where she contributed to the structuring and development of several strategic financial initiatives, before joining the holding company. At Al Mada, she served as Deputy CEO, playing an active role in the implementation of major strategic projects and in steering the group's long-term development. Her appointment is presented as part of a continuity-driven approach, aimed at consolidating ongoing transformations while pursuing innovation, sustainable growth, and operational excellence.
