DR ‹ › Robbie Williams will perform this summer in Casablanca's flagship music festival, Jazzablanca, marking his first-ever concert in North Africa, organizers announced. The British star is set to take the stage on Thursday, July 2, in what is expected to be one of the standout moments of the festival, which runs until July 11. The performance will headline the opening night of Jazzablanca's 19th edition and set the tone for what organizers describe as an ambitious, high-calibre programme. A major figure on the international music scene, Robbie Williams has enjoyed a career spanning more than three decades. He has sold over 90 million albums worldwide, topped the UK charts 15 times, and won a record 18 BRIT Awards, making him one of the most decorated and influential artists in British music history. His current BRITPOP tour, launched in May 2025, has already attracted more than 1.2 million spectators across Europe. In January 2025, Better Man, the soundtrack to his biopic of the same name, reached number one in the UK, becoming his 15th chart-topping album, equalling a record previously held by The Beatles. The film, directed by Michael Gracey, was critically acclaimed and nominated for the Oscars, while the Netflix documentary Robbie Williams also garnered international attention.
