DR ‹ › Morocco's U17 national team won the North African Football Union (UNAF) tournament on Sunday in Benghazi, Libya, completing a flawless campaign with a 3–1 victory over Libya in their final match. The Atlas Cubs' goals were scored by Adnane El Boujjoufi, who netted a brace in the 2nd and 55th minutes, and Adam Boughazir in the 45th minute. Libya's only goal came from Mohamed Jarroud in the 10th minute. With this win, Morocco, who had already secured the title in the previous round, finished top of the standings with a perfect 12 points, ahead of Algeria (7 points), Egypt (6 points), and Tunisia (3 points), while Libya ended the tournament with no points. Earlier in the competition, Morocco defeated Tunisia 2–0, Algeria 3–0, and Egypt 2–1. Under tournament rules, the top three teams qualify for the final phase of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations.
