The Dutch nationalist deputy Geert Wilders will not be prosecuted for the anti-Islam comments he said in Vienna on March the 27th 2015 during a rally of the Austrian extreme right-wing party, the Party for Freedom (PVV), informs Today the Dutch justice, as reported by 7 sur 7 online newspaper. The Dutch daily Algemeen Dagblad (AD) had stated the words of Geert Wilders. He described Islam as an «ideology of war and hatred» which «calls people to become terrorists, and the Qur'an leaves no doubt about it». Soon an Austrian Muslim association filed a complaint for incitement to hatred. The judicial inquiry was carried out following a request for assistance from Vienna. «We decided not to pursue it here but to forward the case to our Dutch colleagues for practical reasons», Austrian prosecutor Nina Bussek told a spokesman. During the parliamentary elections in the Netherlands last March, the Party for Freedom was second in the polls. It now occupies 20 seats in Parliament.
