Amid the ongoing Israeli military escalation in the Gaza Strip and the severe deterioration of humanitarian conditions, Moroccan doctors are preparing to demonstrate in solidarity with the Palestinian people. The Moroccan coordination group «Doctors for Palestine» has announced a national rally in white coats in front of the parliament building in Rabat. Scheduled for Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM, this event marks their seventy-third solidarity stand with resilient Gaza. This initiative is part of a series of regular solidarity activities organized by the coordination group to raise awareness of the Palestinian cause and support the rights of the Palestinian people—especially in light of intense airstrikes in the region, which have caused numerous civilian casualties. According to the latest official statistics from the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, since the start of the Israeli war on October 7, 2023, the number of Palestinian martyrs has reached 53,339, with 121,034 injuries recorded as of May 18, 2025.
