Real Betis Balompié announced on Monday an agreement with Fenerbahçe for the season-long loan of Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat. Born in Huizen, Netherlands, the 28-year-old midfielder has played for FC Utrecht, Feyenoord, Club Brugge, Hellas Verona, Fiorentina, Manchester United, and most recently Fenerbahçe. His career honors include an FA Cup, a Belgian league title, a Dutch league title, and two Dutch Super Cups. A regular with the Moroccan national team, Amrabat was part of the Atlas Lions' historic run to fourth place at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
