A Moroccan citizen has turned to the administrative court in Tangier to file a lawsuit against the National Motorway Company, following a serious traffic accident on March 10, 2024. The accident occurred on the highway linking the Tangier Med Port to Rabat, near Moulay Bousselham. The crash resulted in substantial material damage and inflicted severe psychological distress on his two young children who now require documented psychological medical care. The plaintiff holds the National Motorway Company accountable, claiming the accident stemmed from the company's negligence in preventing stray animals from accessing the highway.
