On Monday morning, the lifeless body of a young Moroccan man clad in a diving suit was discovered after he drowned attempting to swim to the city of Ceuta. The sea currents had carried him to the shores of Fnideq. According to eyewitnesses, the body lay on the beach for hours before being retrieved and transported to the morgue.
