Wittmann has launched a sales and service branch in Casablanca, under the leadership of Redouane Soukrat. The company aims to enhance its service and client network within the automotive sector, as reported by German media on Thursday. The new subsidiary commenced operations on September 1, 2025. It is bolstering its presence with a dedicated warehouse for spare parts in Casablanca, alongside a showroom where products and technologies can be demonstrated and tested. «We are thrilled to welcome Mr. Soukrat, a seasoned expert in injection molding, who already has strong connections within the local automotive supplier industry», stated Michael Wittmann, CEO of the Austria-based group. This move comes as the automotive industry in Morocco has been witnessing significant growth over the past few years. «This new subsidiary capitalizes on numerous well-established customer relationships», explains Michael Wittmann, emphasizing the importance of proximity and on-site service, according to the same source. In line with its activities in Morocco, the group is also committed to expanding its network of qualified maintenance technicians in the region.
