Masterflex SE is expanding its production capacity in the aerospace sector with plans to establish a factory in Morocco. The goal is to meet the growing demand while benefiting from a skilled workforce, high-quality standards, and favorable location conditions, along with proximity to major global markets. According to a statement, this project is expected to help double the German company's revenue in the sector and create opportunities for acquiring new clients. Andreas Bastin, CEO of Masterflex SE, explains, «The global aerospace industry is booming, with a strong increase in demand for innovative and reliable flexible solutions». «Thanks to our new location in Morocco, we are ideally positioned to capitalize on this momentum», he adds. With the strategic expansion of its aerospace division and an investment volume of nearly three million euros, Masterflex SE is leveraging this new factory currently under construction in the MIDPARC free zone near Casablanca. Production is expected to begin in 2026, on an area of approximately 4,000 square meters. «In the future, at least 65 new jobs are expected to be created on-site», the company emphasized. The new facility will complement existing factories in Norderstedt (Germany) and Plana (Czech Republic), which produce high-quality special hoses, bellows, and molded parts for international aviation clients under the Matzen & Timm brand.
