The Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) has launched Goul-IA, a new multilingual intelligent chatbot designed specifically to assist Moroccans living abroad. Accessible via the CCME website, the tool provides clear, real-time answers to the most frequent questions asked by members of the diaspora. Covering topics such as family law, real-estate procedures, taxation, investment, retirement and administrative formalities, Goul-IA offers verified information 24/7. Its content is reviewed by two lawyers based in Morocco and France and complies with CNDP data-protection standards. Developed following years of grievances and information requests received by the Council, the chatbot marks an important step in CCME's digital transformation. It aims to bring public information closer to Moroccans worldwide through an inclusive, multilingual platform that strengthens ties with the homeland. Currently in its experimental phase, Goul-IA invites Moroccans abroad and partner institutions to test the service and provide feedback to help improve it further.
