DR ‹ › Royal Air Maroc has announced the cancellation of several flights to and from Paris scheduled for Wednesday, January 7, due to adverse weather conditions affecting the French capital. The airline said it is assisting affected passengers by rebooking them on alternative flights. Customers whose contact details are included in their booking files will receive automatic confirmation of their new itineraries. Royal Air Maroc strongly urges passengers to check their flight status and ensure their contact information is up to date via the «Manage My Booking» section on its website, in order to avoid any confusion. For passengers holding tickets for canceled flights who do not wish to travel on the proposed alternative services, the airline is offering two options. The first is a free change of travel date, within the same cabin class, valid for up to 15 days following the original flight date, to and from France, while maintaining the initial length of stay. Any difference in airport taxes will remain the passenger's responsibility if the destination is changed. The second option is a full refund of the ticket, processed through the original method of payment. Royal Air Maroc also advises passengers whose flights have been canceled, or who have not yet received confirmation of a replacement flight, not to go to the airport. Instead, they are encouraged to contact their original point of sale or the airline's call center to confirm their new booking or select one of the available alternatives.
