DR ‹ › Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is launching six new direct and regular routes, strengthening air links between northern Morocco and Europe. Three new connections will link Tangier to Malaga, Barcelona, and Madrid, while three others will connect Nador to Barcelona, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf. According to RAM CEO Hamid Addou, the launch of these routes—alongside the opening of the airline's air base in Tétouan—reflects Royal Air Maroc's commitment to boosting tourism and meeting strong demand for connectivity. He noted that these strategic European routes support economic, tourist, and human exchanges and align with the airline's ambition to position itself as a global carrier with a reinforced point-to-point network. With this expansion, Royal Air Maroc will now connect nine Spanish cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Seville, Las Palmas, Tenerife, Bilbao, and Alicante) to five Moroccan cities (Casablanca, Laayoune, Tangier, Tétouan, and Nador), offering more than 80 weekly frequencies. In addition, three German cities (Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and Munich) will be linked to three Moroccan cities (Casablanca, Nador, and Oujda), with over 35 weekly frequencies. Flight schedule highlights: Tangier–Malaga (Mondays & Fridays, from July 6, 2026) Tangier–Madrid (Mondays & Saturdays, from September 7, 2026) Tangier–Barcelona (Mondays & Fridays, from July 3, 2026) Nador–Barcelona (Thursdays & Saturdays, from September 10, 2026) Nador–Frankfurt (Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays, from July 2, 2026) Nador–Düsseldorf (Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays, from July 11, 2026)
