DR ‹ › The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs has announced the launch of the digital Moushaf Mohammadi, an application designed to facilitate Quran recitation, grammatical analysis (i'rab), exegesis (tafsir), and access to translations. According to the ministry, the initiative aims to promote the dissemination of the Holy Quran, support digital transformation, and improve access to the text in the Warsh 'an Nafi' recitation. The application provides full access to Quranic verses, along with a range of scholarly features, including tafsir, i'rab, and translations in English, Spanish, and French, offering a smooth and accessible experience for users in Morocco and abroad. It also allows users to listen to recitations by a selection of prominent Moroccan reciters, with seamless navigation between reading and audio, as well as access to related scholarly content. Additional features include a memorization assistant enabling users to replay selected passages, prayer times by city with the Adhān, Qibla direction, and links to live streaming of the Mohammed VI Quran channel and radio. The application also enables users to copy Quranic text to a computer with adaptable fonts for research purposes, along with tools for searching verses, organizing navigation, and quickly accessing content. The digital Moushaf Mohammadi is available for download on Google Play and the App Store, and can also be accessed via the ministry's website: https://almoshaf-almohammadi.ma/.
