DR ‹ › Morocco's senior national team will take on Norway in a friendly match as part of its preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, to be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The match is scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey. Kick-off is set for 3:00 p.m. local time (8:00 p.m. in Morocco), the Royal Moroccan Football Federation said Tuesday in a statement. Before this Norway clash, Morocco had already played two friendlies in preparation for the World Cup, drawing 1–1 with Ecuador in Madrid, where El Aynaoui scored a late equalizer and beating Paraguay 2–1 in Lens through goals from Bilal El Khannouss and Neil El Aynaoui. Morocco has been drawn into Group C of the 2026 World Cup alongside Scotland, Brazil, and Haiti. The Atlas Lions will face Brazil in their opening group-stage match on June 13 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. They will then take on Scotland on June 19 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, near Boston, before concluding the group stage against Haiti on June 24 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
