DR ‹ › The fourth and final sales phase for 2026 World Cup tickets will open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis starting April 1, FIFA announced Wednesday.
This last-minute sales phase will remain open until the end of the tournament, with tickets released on a rolling basis, including occasional same-day availability, FIFA said. Fans will be able to select specific seats via FIFA's platform and receive instant confirmation after purchase, while previously purchased tickets will be accessible through user accounts from the same date. FIFA also confirmed the reopening of its official resale platform on April 2, allowing ticket holders to securely resell their tickets. Demand remains exceptionally high, it said, with more than 500 million requests submitted during the previous phase, resulting in over one million tickets sold by February 27. With less than 80 days to go, FIFA expects total attendance to surpass the record of 3.5 million spectators set at the 1994 World Cup. Moroccan fans are gearing up for the tournament, which will see Morocco drawn into Group C alongside Scotland, Brazil, and Haiti. Morocco will face Brazil in its opening group-stage match on June 13 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Atlas Lions will then play Scotland on June 19 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, in the Boston area of Massachusetts, before concluding the group stage against Haiti on June 24 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
