A participation that annoys Morocco The Polisario delegation has also attended an official dinner hosted in honor of foreign affairs ministers from the two continental organizations. The dinner was co-chaired by the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and the Rwandan Foreign Minister Richard Sezibera. Speaking to Yabiladi on Tuesday, a diplomatic source explained that the Polisario delegation managed to attend the meeting in question because it is organized by the «European Union and the African Union». «Before Morocco rejoined the African Union, the meeting was called the EU-Africa summit. Now, high-level meetings, such as this one, include the African Union as an organization and the Polisario is a member of it», the same source stressed.
