Dislog Group and Morocco's 40 Under 40: a strategic alliance for Morocco's future
Publié dans Les ECO le 18 - 04 - 2025

As part of Dislog Group's CSR policy, the Dislog Group Foundation is strengthening its support for young entrepreneurs through a strategic partnership with Morocco's 40 Under 40, an initiative aimed at promoting Moroccan excellence. In collaboration with the Dislog Group Foundation, a dedicated platform for entrepreneurs under the age of 40 will be launched to showcase exemplary journeys that represent a promising future for Morocco.
This ambitious project aims to offer a real space of opportunity to young Moroccan talents, by highlighting leaders based both in Morocco and within the diaspora, across a variety of sectors. These emerging leaders will benefit from high-level support through a network of 40 renowned mentors, who will share their expertise and experience to help shape a new generation of change-makers by 2030.
The program also includes regular events to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and national excellence. The ultimate goal is to prepare 200 high-impact Moroccan entrepreneurs by 2030 — an average of 40 per year — capable of leading transformative projects in Morocco and beyond.
Twice a year, Morocco's 40 Under 40 Magazine will spotlight the inspiring journeys of both the mentors and the entrepreneurs they support, helping to elevate Moroccan success stories on the national and international stage.
"We are honored by this partnership with the Dislog Group Foundation, a key player committed to the country's economic and social development. We firmly believe that Moroccan excellence has exceptional potential to succeed in the business world."
— Badr Boussabat, President of Morocco's 40 Under 40
"At the Dislog Group Foundation, we believe youth is a fundamental driver of development. Supporting Morocco's 40 Under 40 means investing in talented individuals who bring innovation, ambition, and a deep love for their country. We are proud to support this initiative focused on building the Morocco of tomorrow."
— Moncef Belkhayat, President of Dislog Group
About Dislog Group:
Founded in 2005, Dislog Group is a diversified and integrated Moroccan industrial group. A national leader in the FMCG sector, and more recently in the pharmaceutical industry and plastic bottle blowing through CMB Plastique, Dislog Group operates in three rapidly growing sectors: hygiene, food, and health.
Its industrial units in Morocco and Europe produce and distribute a wide range of products:
* Hygiene: liquid detergents, multi-purpose and specialized cleaning products, bleach, paper hygiene products, baby diapers.
* Health: multi-form pharmaceuticals (capsules, tablets, syrups) and dermo-cosmetics (creams and body care products).
* Food: chocolates, biscuits, confectionery, and organic food products (soups, sauces, juices).
With 150 brands (owned and partner brands), Dislog Group contributes to improving the daily lives of consumers in Morocco and Europe. The group manages an annual total of 276,000 inbound pallets (from factories and imports) and a similar number outbound (to agencies and end clients), representing 220,000 tons per year. In total, its annual logistics volume now reaches 552,000 pallets, or 440,000 tons.
The group employs 3,400 people and develops a portfolio of hundreds of brands that enhance the daily lives of households across both continents.
Dislog Group became a market leader in just fifteen years thanks to its vision as a brand developer operating within the « life economy, » and its positioning as a Full Service Provider, integrating the entire value chain — from production to the consumer's basket — through its various subsidiaries.
About Morocco's 40 Under 40:
Morocco's 40 Under 40 is a non-profit association based in Casablanca, with the mission of celebrating and developing 200 Moroccan and diaspora leaders by 2030, in service of the country.
Each year, a list of 40 ambitious and committed Moroccan leaders under the age of 40, from various key sectors, is published. These rising stars are featured in the Morocco's 40 Under 40 Magazine, a biannual publication highlighting their journeys to inspire the next generation of Moroccan youth.
They also receive exclusive support through a network of 40 high-profile mentors, representing some of the most successful Moroccan figures both at home and abroad. This initiative aims to foster a cross-generational ecosystem of influence and impact, rooted in Morocco's strong tradition of knowledge sharing.
Each year, Morocco's 40 Under 40 hosts the M40u40 Gala, a landmark event bringing together the 40 laureates, the 40 mentors, sponsors, special guests, and a distinguished keynote speaker. The gala serves to celebrate the values of the association and to officially present awards to the 40 honorees.
