She completed her academic training at Belgorod National Research University, having first learned Russian in Voronezh. Her professional journey took her through several hospitals in Saint Petersburg and Kaliningrad before she settled in Novokuznetsk. Dr. Mellouki expressed her satisfaction with the supportive professional environment in Russia, praising the collaboration with her colleagues and the team spirit among the medical staff. She stated that she has fully integrated into Russian society and is currently pursuing Russian citizenship. The Ministry of Health noted that Dr. Mellouki's experience highlights the openness and appeal of the Russian healthcare system.
