The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has marked the 100-day countdown to the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 this Friday with the unveiling of a special poster. The competition, returning to Morocco for the first time since 1988, will run from 21 December 2025 to 18 January 2026, bringing together 24 teams across nine stadiums in six cities: Rabat, Casablanca, Fès, Tangier, Marrakech and Agadir. CAF aims for the finals to surpass the record-breaking 2023 edition in Côte d'Ivoire, which drew 1.5 billion TV viewers and 2.4 billion digital streams, highlighting Morocco's world-class facilities and growing status as a hub for global football ahead of the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
